How do I fund my wallet?

How long does airtime delivery take?
All airtime and data purchases are delivered instantly. In rare cases where the network is experiencing issues, it may take up to 5 minutes. You can check the transaction status in your transaction history.
What networks are supported?
We support all major Nigerian networks: MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile. You can buy airtime and data for any of these networks at discounted rates.
Is there a minimum amount to fund?
The minimum wallet funding amount is ₦100. There is no maximum limit, but transactions above certain amounts may require additional verification for your security.
What if my transaction fails?
If a transaction fails, your wallet is NOT debited. If you were charged but the service wasn't delivered, the amount will be reversed to your wallet automatically. You can also contact our support team for immediate assistance.
How do I get and activate an eSIM?
Choose an eSIM plan, pay from your wallet, and we'll prepare your eSIM. You'll receive an email with your QR code, activation code and step-by-step instructions for iPhone and Android. You'll also see everything on your order page in the dashboard.
Does an eSIM replace my current number?
No. The eSIM comes with its own line, and you keep your existing SIM installed — so your bank codes, WhatsApp and calls keep working on your old SIM while the new eSIM handles its data plan.
